I believe that healing and change occur through a genuine relationship with a caring counselor. I am committed to provide my clients with a safe space where they feel accepted, heard and encouraged to explore their concerns, and collaborate to create achievable, meaningful goals to improve their well-being/balance in life. My approach to counseling is holistic; I consider how physical, relational, emotional, vocational, and spiritual aspects of functioning affect your ability to live according to your personal values. I pull from a variety of theoretical approaches and tailor my interventions based on your individual needs. I work with adults and children and my areas of interests and expertise include life adjustments, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief/loss, and substance use disorders (addictions).
