My life’s mission is to help heal hurting hearts by giving people tools to cultivate forgiveness, power, and authenticity in their relationships with themselves and others.
I believe that lying in my hammock watching the full moon with my children, listening to Iron and Wine, and swimming in the ocean are all spiritual experiences.
I believe laughter and optimism can do more for a person than all the lost days of pain and resentment in the universe.
I also believe having a trusted counselor in your life can work miracles, help you see things you’d never see, and help you discover the path your soul is meant to take.
I take my job as a psychotherapist very seriously. I consider it an honor to be your confidant and to help you find your answers.
I offer life coaching for those who find themselves stuck, hurt, or confused in any facet of life. It is also ideal for the positive-thinking, introspective seeker who wants a vibrant, growing relationship with the universe and themselves.

Carolyn was mentored by Dr. David E Stone until his death last year. He contributed greatly to her professional development. David’s ability to think outside of the box in the areas of methods of delivery of therapy and specifically tailored applications of the use of technology in therapy helped Carolyn develop a cutting edge mindset. David’s friendship and mentorship will be greatly missed.
As a believer in constantly learning and developing new skills, Carolyn is currently pursuing mentorship with Alayna Freese. Alayna’s own unique methods of guided imagery are proving to be extremely effective in assisting clients in making progress quickly.
