We take a holistic approach to weight and health-related issues, to help you make real, lasting behavioral and psychological changes. We will give you strategies to help you determine what is appropriate nutrition to fuel your body and introduce mindfulness based stress reduction techniques and stress releasing exercises to help you thrive during these anxious times.
We will bring you cutting edge information on health and wellness, and help you crack the code on both your brain and your body to help you finally reach your goals. We will help you find intrinsic motivation to push through obstacles that have been barriers to your progress, and instill positive programming, which will help you develop new neural pathways in your brain to ensure your success.
These services are all delivered to you in the comfort and safety of your own home via Video, email, text and phone.
Our Wellness package consists of 10 sessions with Kenroy Grant, who will work with you to create a movement plan and weekly goals. He will also instruct you in twice-weekly sessions on how to appropriately and effectively move your body for maximum effectiveness. He will advise you on nutrition and support you in making incremental, easy substitutions to create lifelong change. Kenroy is a skilled motivator, you will find yourself achieving more each session than you thought possible.
You will also have two sessions with Carolyn Tucker LPC. As a psychotherapist, Carolyn has training in neurobiology and neurolinguistic programming, and will use quick effective techniques to help you understand yourself better, to process any resistance to change and to develop new ways of thinking that will ensure your success.
Package includes unlimited texting support, email support,12 one-hour video sessions and phone support all delivered virtually to the comfort and safety of home.
